Three-year-old Nur has been vomiting for three days, with severe diarrhoea, and now his father watches him, wondering if he waited too long to bring him in. Hassam Islail walked all night to bring his son to a cholera treatment centre at Baidoa. He had carried him from his village, 15 kilometres away.
